Walking Paths
College Park is designed to be pedestrian friendly with a collection of walking paths, along which residents can experience nature, as well as College Park’s beautiful and warm neighborhood setting.
Ayala Park
For afternoons filled with fun, College Park will feature a wonderful community park, where everyone in the family can relax, play games, and get to know the neighbors. We’ve recently expanded this great amenity by 140 acres, so residents will have even more space to get outside and enjoy life!
Prado Regional Park
Spanning more than 2,000 acres in the Chino Valley Basin, Prado Regional Park provides a serene spot for fishing, horseback riding, camping, golf, and picnics.
